Here is the  beauty and strength of the ballerina as she flys through the air, seamingly without any effort at all.  Her skill, her physicality must be kept hidden and her focus is to look like a bird flying freely into the air. But her cohorts watch from the wings, because they truly know the depths of her skill that creates the  beauty the audience can appreciate.
